Featured Amenities

For accommodations, we have both studio and one-bedroom units available. All of our assisted living apartments include private baths and kitchenettes, and all units are equipped with emergency call systems. Our packed activity program includes hands-on activities like gardening or arts and crafts, as well as exercise programs and live on-site entertainment. Memory care specific activities are specially tailored for individual residents to meet their changing needs. Throughout our community residents enjoy sitting nooks, ideal for both sharing a conversation with neighbors and taking a quiet moment. Our TV room has both new and classic films, so there is something for everyone.

Available Services

As the needs of our residents change, so the do the services and assistance we provide. Skilled staff members are available twenty-four hours a day to provide assistance with medication management, ambulation, dressing and other tasks. All of the services provided are personalized to the individual to meet their unique preferences and needs. All residences receive weekly housekeeping and linen services, and scheduled transportation is available.

The memory care section of our community has both an outdoor courtyard area and walking paths that are secured, as well as a private entrance to ensure safety. Each apartment is personalized to enhance the recognition and comfort of residents.

I visited this facility

The guy who gave us the tour at Prestige Senior Living Orchard Heights was very nice, and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with assisted living but I did not like the memory care. The assisted living was bustling, clean and vibrant. They were great, but the memory care was not so great. Assisted living had about everything. You could have a vegetable garden, you could do crafts, music, and they had a place where you could watch television and movies. The dining room was very professional, clean and nicely laid out.

Orchard Heights is a pretty good assisted living. I lived in another Prestige building before Orchard Heights, and I have to say that it seems to be a Prestige thing. The caregivers are always great, and treat you like family. The activities could be better- but it's also what you make of it. The food is good lately, but they did use to struggle. Overall, the building is older, but the staff clearly take pride in what they do, and treat the residents accordingly. Couldn't ask for a better care team.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

Orchard Heights is a beautiful facility in an ideal location. We moved my mother there about 6 months ago, and they made the process so easy! Since then, they have had some trouble getting a solid cook, and had a couple instances where it has taken awhile to answer a pendant call. They are very open to feedback though, and I can tell they value our comments, as they work quickly to resolve issues. Overall, we are happy with the place.

These people will bait and switch you and waste your valuable time. They will promise you the world with levels of care exceeding their capabilities. There goal is to impoverish your llfamily to the point you will need to accept the fact that your loved ones can only survive on Medicade! Like dealing with used car salesman

I Visited This Community

Orchard Heights is an older building which is not overly welcoming in it's feel. The staff is friendly, but rather casual. The food is adequate at best. Parking space is minimal.
