Private-Duty Service Rates

Subject to change – 1/1/23

• Companion Care $30.00 per hour - 4+ hours per shift

• Personal Care $32.00 per hour - 4+ hours per shift

• Mileage $0.58 per mile - No charge for commute

Assessments - FREE

Location Rate Increase

Services being provided outside of a 20 mile radius from Salem will be subject to a $2.00/hr rate increase. This increase is applied to offset geographical cost of living differences.

Cancellation Policy

YOU MUST PROVIDE 24 HOURS’ NOTICE TO CANCEL A SCHEDULED SHIFT. IF THE SHIFT IS CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SHIFT START TIME, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHARGE A CANCELLATION FEE UP TO THE FULL COST OF THE SHIFT

Holidays

Caregivers are paid a premium for working the following holidays. Such hours/days are billed at premium rates (see Service Agreement.).

• New Year’s Day

• Easter Sunday

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Day New

If services are provided to two clients, a premium may apply.
