Welcome to The Fountains Assisted Living! We are a family-owned and operated business whose success is based on the talent and dedication of our wonderful employees. Each employee – including homecare nurses and social workers – is an experienced professional who is licensed and certified in his or her field.
The Fountains Assisted Living specializes in individualized programs and services for those who would benefit from task assistance and personal care support. Studio suites and 1-bedroom apartments are available, and all meals are served in our cozy private dining room.
