We're close to shopping, parks and activities, and less than 30 minutes from all that Portland and Salem have to offer. If you're in the mood for a little pampering, we're also near The Allison Inn & Spa. Or stop off for a glass of wine at one of the 40 nearby wineries. Our private accommodations come in a wide selection of floor plans including studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts. All apartments feature private bathrooms, patios or balconies, in-suite climate controls and handy kitchenettes. Pets are also welcome to join residents in their homes.
As part of our “all-inclusive” lifestyle, we provide housekeeping, linen changing and complimentary shuttle service so that residents can spend less time on chores and more time enjoying their retirement. We also offer a number of fun daily activities to keep residents active and engaged.
Available Services
If you take a close look around our community, you may notice that a few of our residents stand out. These are our Community Managers, who live on site to provide 24-hour support and security. You'll see them sharing a meal with residents in our dining room, attending one of our social events and taking the time to make sure each and every one of our residents feel welcomed and included.
We provide three, made-from-scratch meals every day and take care to ensure that our food is well-balanced and nutritious. Residents are served in our restaurant-style dining room by wait staff who make every effort to learn their needs and dining preferences.

I visited this facility
Astor House at Springbrook Oaks was a beautiful place with loving and caring people, wonderful food, and a great atmosphere; that's why I'm going there. The people were very informative and very nice. The surroundings were fantastic.

I visited this facility
Astor House at Springbrook Oaks is a very lovely community. It's too expensive for my needs, but it's very nice. It's a large place with lovely apartments. It's run by Holiday Retirement Communities. I have seen the dining area, and it's very nice and open, with lots of light and lots of table. I saw their laundry room which was very bright and clean. Outside of the price, I would rate them a 5. It just looks very nice.

I visited this facility
I visited Astor House, and thought it was very pretty, clean, and very nice. It had open dining, the food was good, and you can pick a salad, and anything you want. The staff was very friendly and very informative. The entryway coming in was very pretty, but they didn't have cottages there. I was very impressed.

I visited this facility
We liked Astor House a lot. The tour was very good. If my stepfather had more income, we would have put him there. His finances couldn't quite make the rent on Astor House. It was open and bright. The people were very friendly. The rooms looked very nice. I liked that it had a chapel upstairs. If you wanted to go to a church service, they had a chapel so you could be onsite to do that. The grounds were nice. It was close to a lot of different stores.

Astor House was very nice and had a lovely setting with a lot of amenities, and the rooms were small, but nice. They had everything you could imagine. It was comfortable, and the dining area was very nice and very formal.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
We rented Astor House in the beginning of the month and it's a very nice facility. They've been very accommodating. It's very clean, we're moving stuff in, and the residents are very friendly and very nice. I haven't seen anything negative. My brother-in-law's apartment is a 1-bedroom, with a good sized living room, a microwave, a full-sized fridge, nice sized storage, and a bedroom.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I live in Astor House. I like it. My apartment is fine. The staff members are very helpful. I'm just about ready to start to play bridge. I think Astor House is great. They have a lot of activities, but I haven't had to get involved yet.
