Description of Elms Retirement Living Center
The Elms Retirement Center opened its doors in 1989 as a community of independent living. We offer studio, one-bedroom, one-bath or two-bedroom, one-bath or two-bedroom, two-bath apartments with all utilities included, as well as cable television. We serve two meals daily. Washers and dryers are available on each floor. We have an exercise room with treadmills, stationary bicycles and a weight machine. We have a hairdresser located in our facility as well. There is a charge for this service. Our bus makes trips to the banks and stores. There are also restaurants and stores within walking distance. We have the best rates and the best food in town.

I am/was a resident of this facility
I moved in on June 1st into Elms Retirement Living Center. It's nice, clean, and neat. I have a one-bedroom with a good-sized living room, kitchen, two-top burner, refrigerator, and microwave. It has everything I need, and it's perfect for one person. The staff is very nice, caring, friendly, and outgoing. They have a card room where people play cards and dominos, have ice cream socials, do couple of exercise classes, and have a shuttle bus that takes residents to shopping facilities and restaurants once a month. The grounds are very nice and well taken care of.

I visited this facility
Elms Retirement Living Center looked really neat and clean. The price was pretty good. There were a few things I didn't like. They don't do the laundry and you have to pay for a lot of extra stuff yourself. They had nice rooms, and the staff I met was nice. It was a good facility.

Some of the services we do offer that are included in the base rent are: All Utilities including cable TV, housekeeping once a week, two meals a day, scheduled trips on our bus to stores and other outing. Our apartments have kitchens and pantries. Thank you again for visiting our Community.
