Designed for seniors who value independence and want to live in maintenance-free comfort! Offering 24/7 concierge services with onsite awake staff, daily meals included in the rent provided in the restaurant or bistro, a wide variety of entertainment and programming opportunities, wireless pendants and daily check ins. Scheduled transportation and outings with our staff, bi-weekly housekeeping services including linen services and washers & dryers provided in every apartment for personal use. All utilities included except home phone and private in-apartment internet. A variety of community areas including a library, theater, wellness center, community room for cooking and craft activities, sky lounge for cards & pool. Other common sitting areas and a beauty salon.

I Am A Current/Past Resident
I personally didn't like Crescent Park Senior Living. The rooms were too small, like living in a cave. They put up a good facade, but it was just a facade. The gals that were at the desk were making decisions that were supposed to be management decisions. The management did not coordinate their ideas with the girls at the desk. I felt very bad for them because they were under constant turmoil. It was just confusing all over the place. It is a new building, probably just a year old.
