Located on the south edge of Tulsa in Oklahoma's Green Country, you'll love our beautiful, landscaped grounds which feature mature trees and large beds of Prairie Roses. In spite of our pastoral, park-like feel, residents appreciate the convenience of being close to the state's second-largest metropolitan area. Enjoy shopping, excellent hospitals, fine dining and stunning countryside minutes from the front door. Explore museums, a symphony, the famous Cains Ballroom and several casinos. Available Services

If you take a close look around our community, you may notice that a few of our residents stand out. These are our Community Managers, who live on site to provide 24-hour support and security. You'll see them sharing a meal with residents in our dining room, attending one of our social events and taking the time to make sure each and every one of our residents feel welcomed and included.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

Mom moved into Prairie Rose in January 2019. We're really happy with it and we like it. The room is nice, we're happy with it. We're also happy with the staff They do bingo, and things have been changed because of Covid. They used to do field trips and used to go to Walmart. I know they do have a man that comes out and plays the piano every couple of weeks. Mom enjoys that, but most of the activity she's not really able to participate in. The food is good. Some is better than others, but for the most part it's pretty good.

I visited this facility

I went to Prairie Rose three times. I liked the apartments very much. They have movies, a game room, and they offer three meals a day. I liked the location. It was clean, and everybody was very friendly. You can do your own laundry, but they do the bed linens. They have washers and dryers available. The staff was very nice and very helpful. The food was very good. It was a very pleasant facility.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

I lived at Prairie Rose for 10 months. It was absolutely beautiful and the cheapest we found. I was very happy there. I liked it. I lived in one of the studios where everything was set beautifully, and I was very happy. The staff members were very kind, very thorough, and very polite. Activities were daily exercise program, bingo twice a week, and two church services, which was more of a Bible study. They had singers come in a couple of times a month, too. They didn't have a lot for us to do. They planned something, but only had a few people show up to do it.

I visited this facility

I liked Prairie Rose very much. They served three nutritious meals a day in the dining room and offered housekeeping and laundry service. They had a barber shop and hair salon. Each floor had a sitting room with a large TV and coffee available sunrise to sunset. They had just about everything you could possibly imagine.

The staff at Prairie Rose were excellent, very friendly, and easy to work with. I loved their facilities and the layout. Their apartments were clean and very beautiful.

I Visited This Community

Prairie Rose was very nice and had very good food. The place was very clean. They had little independent living places that were very nice. It was all excellent. The rooms were small compared to where we live but nice. The staff members were all very helpful and very nice. I had lunch there, and it was very nice.

I went to Prairie Rose. It was clean, but there were no cottages available. The staff was very nice. The rooms were nice.
