Our facility is a locally owned and operated continuum of care community that offers a full suite of services to help seniors remain independent or get back on their feet. When residents stay at our community, they are pleasantly surprised to find the surroundings are reminiscent of a homelike setting rather than a nursing facility.
Franciscan Villa is a locally owned and operated community that offers assisted living, post-acute care and rapid recovery suites for families in the Tulsa area. Our community is located a quick drive from the Woodland Hills Mall and Saint Francis Hospital.
Featured Amenities
Our residents may select from a variety of apartment styles including companion suites, studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Features include private bathrooms, kitchenettes and the windows overlooking our scenic grounds. We encourage residents to bring a personal treasures to make the space feel like their own.
When families come to visit, we offer many comfortable lounges where they can gather with their loved one. Other community amenities include a general store for small purchases and a TV room where residents gather for movie nights. During the day we offer a variety of activities, such as bingo, pet therapy visits and fishing at our very own on-site pond.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My mother went to Franciscan Villa in Broken Arrow after a lengthy stay in the hospital. The new administration and team have been so wonderful! She stayed in this facility last year and we came back after she needed therapy services again after a fall at home. They are kind, caring and have a passion for what they do! I would highly recommend this facility and the care their staff provide. She was able to go home after getting her strength back.

I am/was a resident of this facility
We chose Franciscan Villa of Broken Arrow because when my mom was at St. John's hospital and needed rehab, they would always send her there. They're always very kind, the place is very clean, and it does not smell. Everybody has been just wonderful. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and caring, and when my mom needs help they attend to her quickly. My mom thinks the food is pretty good. Everything is really good. Some of the activities that she does includes going to church and playing Bingo. In terms of cost, they're comparable to everyone else. I wish she could have her own room, but do to money issues she has to share with another lady.
