Genesis Village is a locally owned senior living community in Toledo, Ohio. We believe in offering seniors an enhanced living experience in a family-oriented environment that is based on Christian values.

Featured Amenities

Our residents enjoy a variety of spacious floor plans, one or two bedrooms, which have a kitchenette, wall-to-wall carpets, and in-suite climate control The monthly rent includes all utilities, except for land-line phone. Pets are also welcome to move in too!

Your new home includes a variety of amenities you would be hard-pressed to find in a residential home. Just steps from your front door is an indoor pool and whirlpool, a movie theater and fitness center. There are also engaging activities to fill your day including outings, ice cream socials and community-wide celebrations. Our walking trails and courtyard allow our nature lovers to stay connected with the outdoors.

Available Services

Among the best parts of moving to Genesis Village is that you can leave the responsibilities and chores of home maintenance behind. We serve three home-cooked meals each day in the community dining room. You can leave the driving to us and allow our complimentary transportation service to take you to local shopping, medical appointments and other attractions.

At our on-site Wellness Center you can receive medical services, such as blood pressure checks. Physician and health services are provided by ProHealth Partners. For therapy services, we partner with The Laurels of Toledo so our residents can remain active and independent.

I visited this facility

I liked Genesis Village and its people. It had a nice setup and it was very good. Someone sits at the desk waiting for you to come in, and I like the rooms better there. I got to meet the owner who was very nice. The person who showed me around was very helpful and answered questions I didnt know I had. They had a lot of different activities, like card games and a pool table. I was really impressed with all of it.

I am/was a resident of this facility

Genesis Village is very nice. There are plenty of things to do and things to keep you busy. They have exercises during the day, movies, entertainment, and Bible studies. They have plenty of different activities. There is also laundry at the end of the hallway that is available to you. You can go down and sign up to do your own laundry. The meals are pretty good; they serve three a day.

I visited this facility

Genesis Village had a pool, a fitness center, and they also had in-house healthcare. I saw a 1-bedroom unit and it was awesome. They provided us with lunch, and it was very well cooked, very tasty, and the portions were great.

I visited this facility

Genesis Village is not as clean and as nice, and they will not leave me alone. The pool is nice, but no one is ever in it. The residents seemed to really like the place. The rooms were very small and you have to bring your own furniture.
