Our caring and professional staff is on call 24 hours a day, with St. Luke's Hospital and a number of national and local pharmacies all within a short drive away. Our convenient location also affords residents a plethora of shopping, dining and recreational options all in close proximity to The Waterford.

The Waterford at Levis Commons offers residents the privacy and comfort they deserve in one- and two-bedroom floor plans well-equipped with two-inch mini-blinds on all windows and wall-to-wall carpet in living and bedroom areas. Our spacious bathrooms have walk-in showers, and kitchens boast full-sized appliances so residents can host a dinner party with family and friends. There will be plenty of space to store belongings in the walk-in closets available in all of our units. The Waterford covers all utilities, including basic cable but excluding telephone service, so residents can keep their apartments as cool or warm as they desire with individual climate controls.

Residents have access to a choice of home health agencies as well as recreation and entertainment programming. Our friendly and professional staff members can help tailor care plans to residents' specific requirements depending on the level of care they need. Among services available are incontinence care, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming and escort and transfer assistance. Medication management and additional housekeeping help also can be obtained if necessary.

I visited this facility

The Waterford at Levis Commons was nice. We met with the coordinator -- the person who gives the tour -- and she's very nice. They have a lot of activities, but I'm not sure if they're doing very much of that because of COVID right now, and they're all pretty much shutdown as far as activities. They provide two meals a day, lunch and dinner, and I believe that a lot of the meals are delivered to their rooms. The building is nice and fairly new. They have people from OT and PT come in for the residents. The rooms weren't as nice because they had people in there. They needed to be cleaned up and refreshed with new carpet and new paint, so it's kind of hard to judge the rooms themselves, but they were very roomy.
