Enjoyable independent living starts with our excellent accommodations. Spacious apartments are offered in both one- and two-bedroom arrangements, all well-equipped with a range of features. Each unit at Atria Oakridge comes outfitted with a full kitchen, nine-foot ceilings with crown molding, high-speed internet access, walk-in closets, tiled bathrooms and more. Pets are also welcome at our community after an individual assessment.
For a little activity, residents enjoy the use of our on-site fitness center and health club. For a tasty beverage and good conversation, our cocktail and club lounges are great places to stop by. For a little peaceful relaxation, our on-site library and landscaped garden are both great options. Activities of all sorts are scheduled throughout the week, and often include outings to area destinations such as the North Carolina Symphony, yoga and stretching classes, ice cream socials and live entertainment.

I am/was a resident of this facility
Atria Oakridge is a wonderful community except the rent is going up pretty high. The people here are wonderful. I like everything about this community except for the price. I have a two-bedroom apartment and the bathrooms are very good. It's for handicap people, and it's very accessible for me. They have a lot of activities going on all the time. I love the staff and the people who live here. There's nothing I dislike about this place at all. They have excellent meals. I have a very lovely apartment, and everything here is very clean. The personnel are lovely and the director is wonderful. I'm very happy here.

I visited this facility
I had a wonderful tour at Atria Oakridge, but they don't have an available 2-bedroom in their inventory. It's a large facility, open, they have walking trails, and places you can practice golf. I'm a golfer, and that really appealed to me. It's slightly more expensive than the other place, but I liked it better. The lady who managed the whole facility gave me the tour, she's there for 30 years and she's outstanding.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
Atria Oakridge is nice and seems to suit my mother's needs. They provide housekeeping. They've got one big dining room, so they all eat together, which she likes because she gets to be with people. They have one- and two-bedrooms. It's homey. They have a full schedule of what they do like shopping, music nights, bingo, and walking. They have an exercise room. The staff has been great. They have good food and a varied menu. We like that it's one big building. They don't have a separate building where people may feel alienated from the main building.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My parents-in-law are living at Atria Oakridge. There are two independent rooms inside their unit, and there's a little cut out, almost like an office or a man cave, and my father-in-law likes to escape there. The food quality has diminished somewhat. They have a little beauty parlor and a theater area.
