Located in Monroe, Brookdale Union Park (formerly known as Union Park) is a cozy and intimate assisted living community that proudly serves the area's seniors. Our one story ranch-style building offers our residents a warm and inviting atmosphere with numerous amenities and services to meet each resident's unique needs and preferences.
Brookdale Union Park is part of Brookdale Senior Living, which has been providing excellent service to residents for over 30 years with an emphasis on personalized care and attention to details for each resident.

Here at Brookdale Union Park we offer apartments in a variety of sizes and styles, and our mission is to provide exactly the level of service and assistance needed for each resident. Our community includes several congregating spaces including a community room, family room for sharing with visitors, well-stocked library, and an elegant dining room. Our outdoor areas can be used year round in fair weather and include a garden, courtyard, and walking paths.
The whole community is specially designed and built with our residents' needs in mind and includes a state-of-the-art emergency response that is monitored around the clock, as well as a fire safety system.
Available Services
All our services are offered through the guidance our personalized service assessment and plan, in addition to three nutritious meals, snacks, laundry and housekeeping services. Also available 24 hours a day is ambulation assistance, medication support, assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and continence assistance.
Life enrichment programs are ongoing and varied; programs and outings include cultural events as well as fitness and wellness programs.

I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My father was at Brookdale Union Park in Monroe, NC he hasn't been there long about maybe 1 to 2 months My father had fallen in the dining room and noonehas call moor any other family members. When we found out a coupled days has past and I have gone to see him, found out he had a bruise onhis left hip, I call the EMS to pick my father from there and taken him to near hospital and to find out he had broken hip. Thisplace doesn't have executive director in place and the management team isn't helpful with the med.tech girls, they're always running this place along. So please if you have a love one don't place your family into this Brookdale they only care about your money and your love one just become a number.
