Brookdale Lawndale Park (formerly Greensboro Place) is a compassionate senior community providing personalized assisted living, Alzheimer's and dementia care options for seniors. I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident

We chose Brookdale for my father. It was very welcoming, the residents were extremely friendly, and the staff was happy. The facility was light, airy, and had high ceilings. The room we chose had a door out to a courtyard with some raised beds, so he can garden. It had options that made it feel more like a home, than a facility. He has participated in going to the farmer's market, and a ride in the country using their van. He enjoys bingo, and the music that they bring in. The reinstated a monthly family night, and they are trying to schedule more menu-driven food service beginning this December.

I Visited This Facility

Brookdale Lawndale Park was not as appealing as other places I saw because the staff didn't seem to be quite as friendly. The location was convenient and the grounds were adequate, but not as clean as I'd like to see them.
