Brookdale Union (formerly known as Gaston Manor) is a unique and homelike assisted living community located in Gastonia, North Carolina. Our quaint and comfortable community is located within minutes of Crowders Mountain State Park, Gastonia Country Club and several prestigious golf courses. Residents can enjoy their surroundings via our scheduled transportation services.

Brookdale Union is managed by Brookdale. Brookdale has been around since 1978, offering some of the best assisted living services and care in the nation.

Featured Amenities

Our residents have a choice between private and companion suites, and are encouraged to bring along any personal items to decorate. All apartments include wall-to-wall carpeting, private baths with step-in showers, individually controlled thermostats, window coverings, and telephone and cable hookups.

Residents looking to relax can grab a book or book on tape from our library, before heading into the family room where they can cozy up in front of the fire. Our community areas are great for socializing with friends and family or enjoying a friendly card game or other recreational activities.

Brookdale Union's trained caregivers are dedicated to making life as enjoyable and carefree as possible, offering assistance with bathing, grooming, hygiene, mobility, clothing selection and dressing assistance.
