Accommodations are available in a variety of studio and one-bedroom apartment floor plans that feature in-suite climate control, private bathrooms and emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day for security. The kitchens at Morningside of Concord serve healthy meals three times a day in our well-appointed dining room.

Our daily schedule of activities focuses on several areas of life, including spiritual and emotional wellness, helping residents maintain a strong, healthy outlook on life. Community rooms are available for the enjoyment of all residents, with comfortable furnishings ideal for relaxing and chatting with friends, family and neighbors.

Available Services

The staff at Morningside of Concord are warm and welcoming, seeking to make each resident as comfortable as possible, and attending to their needs with respect. We provide assistance with the activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing, and take care of the housekeeping, transportation and laundry.

Offering services for seniors challenged by Alzheimer’s and other dementias, our Bridge to Rediscovery program allows us to help residents regain many of the skills they may have forgotten. A full-time registered nurse (RN) visits residents for wellness checks.
