A walking path encircles our community, perfect for residents to get out and take a stroll while enjoying Charlotte's beautiful weather. Our residents have access to a choice of home health agencies that provide regular personal care assessments. Depending on the level of care needed, our residents receive escort and transfer assistance, incontinence care, medication reminders and management and additional housekeeping and laundry services from our prompt and friendly staff members who are available 24 hours a day.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
The Pines are a Diamond in the Rough! Great grounds. Amazing location. The staff are just insanely friendly. Whenever I go there to visit my parents, everyone says hello with a hearty and sincere smile. I'm so grateful I found them and know my parents are holistically being taken care of.

I visited this facility
Charlotte Square was overall very nice, clean, they had a nice facility and nice area. The staff is fantastic. The rooms were nice, clean, they're sufficient, but they were a little dark, I don't know if that's the age of the buildings, or the proximity of the trees, but if there's something they could do to brighten things up, I think they'll go long ways.
