Atria Penfield offers a choice of studios apartments to meet your personal needs. All living accommodations feature an emergency alert system monitored by our staff 24 hours a day. Your monthly rental fee includes housekeeping, linen services and most utilities excluding cable TV and telephone service.

Residents are encouraged to enjoy outings such as the Lilac Festival and Red Wings baseball games, which are always very popular. Our ladies enjoy a very active Red Hat Society. When going on an outing, say to Dryden Theater or a picnic in the park, our residents are highly visible in their bright red hats and purple outfits.
