The Livingston County Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a vital part of the region's health care system providing rehabilitative, hospice, respite, bariatric and chronic care services to residents of Livingston County and surrounding communities. If you are not familiar with our Center, please be aware that we are your trusted, local, long term and rehabilitative care specialists proudly offering the following services in our award winning, state of the art Center: Orthopedic Rehabilitation Memory Care Post-surgical Recovery Respite Post-Stroke Rehabilitation Hospice Wound Care Bariatric/Obesity Care IV/PICC Services Adult Day Health Care Services Outpatient Rehabilitation Services Medical Staff on-site five days per week. Registered Nurse supervision 24 hours per day. Rehabilitative care is provided in a dedicated 26-bed Transitional Care Unit adjacent to our 5,600 square foot Therapy Suite. Rehabilitative Therapy services available six-days per week. Available amenities include cable television, telephone, newspaper and computer access. Meals prepared under the supervision of an Executive Chef. Residents enjoy frequenting our Street of Shops, which includes a gift shop and cafe, library with Skype and Internet access, Barber/Beauty Shop and Meditation Room.
