National Health Care's signature â€œPassport Rehabilitationâ€ program was specifically designed to meet the needs of individuals requiring a short-term rehabilitative stay following a surgical procedure or an acute medical episode. While on your short-term â€œtripâ€ with us, please take full advantage of the amenities and services our center offers.

Our rehabilitation department is committed to promoting the highest level of independent functioning for all short-term patients. When needed, residents can get a perm or trim right within our on-site beauty salon and barber shop. We are happy to offer seniors residing here at Holiday Manor at Woodside the added benefit of scheduled transportation services to local destinations. Regular housekeeping services are also provided for all residences.

We understand that each individual is unique and that needs may change over time. Holiday does not provide any health care services. However, residents are welcome to receive services from any outside home health care provider of their choice to help them continue enjoying life at our community.
