Our secured outdoor area gives memory care residents the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors safely. The Wellness Everyday ™ programs are offered to our residents all week while our Dining for Wellness™ program teaches residents the importance of nutrition. Our community dining room features fresh, seasonal meals served restaurant-style.
Accommodations here at Walden Place come in a variety of layouts of studio or one-bedroom apartments. Rooms feature step-in showers, which help to minimize the risk of falling, and are also outfitted with emergency call systems. For added convenience and independence, a kitchenette is also included.
Available Services
Other services we offer include maintenance and housekeeping services, which help alleviate the stress of cleaning or household repairs. All the utilities are included in each resident's monthly rent, save cable TV or telephone. Transportation to appointments and local shopping destinations is available upon arrangement.A beauty salon and barber shop is located on-site for added convenience.
We strive to keep our residents mentally active to maintain or improve their mental health, which is why we offer the The Brain Health University™ program. This program features classes that help challenge and stimulate our residents through a variety of activities so they can fully enjoy life. Some of these classes include sleep management, physical activities and stress management.

I visited this facility
I visited Walden Place, and it seemed like a very nice place. The staff member seemed very friendly and very nice. They had a social room, a common room where they can do stuff, and a kitchen that serves the food.

I visited this facility
Walden Place was very nice, clean, and well-kept. Everybody looked happy. They were very pleasant and accommodating. The dining area was very pleasant. It was restaurant-style. They had their menu and residents were seated with groups at tables. It seemed very pleasant.
