Our services are provided in the comfort of your own home by our 'promise team' of caregivers. The team is made up of loyal, and well-trained professionals with the highest integrity, some of whom are bilingual. The Services we provide includes: Nursing services, Personal care and support services, Adult care, Case management, Private duty care, and Nutritional care. We are also a direct provider with the New York State Department of Health Wavier program such as Nursing home Transition and diversion Medicaid (NHTD) Wavier and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) wavier Program. Our 'promise team' of experts include registered nurses, medical social workers, medical nutritionists, home health aides, personal care assistants and other caregivers. All our caregivers are well screened. We conduct background checks, reference checks, and cultural sensitivity interviews as part of our thorough screening process.
