The Bronx Center For Rehabilitation And Healthcare offers skilled nursing in the Soundview neighborhood of south-central Bronx, New York. Conveniently situated near highways and public transportation, the facility is located close to many amenities. There are eight hospitals within 5 miles of the center, including Jack D. Weiler Hospital and NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi.
The Bronx Center offers short- and long-term, respite, comfort and palliative care. The facility provides physical, occupational and speech therapy, using advanced technologies, as well as an extensive list of subacute and complex medical care and cardiac therapies. Skilled care is available around-the-clock, and dialysis treatments are available on-site.
The facility offers a range of amenities to improve residents’ physical and mental health and well-being.
