Promenade on the River is a unique independent apartment-style retirement community, nestled in the heart of Reno's arts and culture district next to the majestic Truckee River. Promenade is a privately owned and managed, intimate community of 84 villa apartments with 35 different floor plans. Each unfurnished apartment features crown molding, wood window trim, and tiled kitchen and bathroom floors, along with a full kitchen and washer/dryer.
The monthly lease price includes three meals served restaurant-style, utilities, weekly housekeeping, transportation seven days a week, a covered and gated parking garage, fitness and educational classes, social activities, and twenty-four-hour concierge service.
