I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My dad moved to Atria Seville on the first Saturday of November, and so far, so good. The apartment was a bit small, but we'll get used to it. The food is good. They have ice cream socials and a get-together for veterans. The staff is caring and they come across as professional.

I visited this facility
Atria Seville was great, we would have gone to this community had the price been within out budget. The layout was really good and the person who assisted me was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The food was great, everything was perfect. The dining area was spacious, nothing was too close to each other, and the residents would have had plenty of space to move around.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
We found Atria for mom and she moved in about six weeks ago. We liked the location, my brother lives on the other side of it, I live 1/2 mile from it, and so does my sister, so we can just drop in. They do chair exercises, Tai-chi, and they play poker, Bingo, and bridge. The meals and the dinner is fantastic, the food is accessible, and the refrigerator has snacks and juices. They go on outings with the family. The staff gives my mother showers and they take her laundry once a week.

I visited this facility
Atria Seville is a little bit older but it looks like a happy environment because the people were laughing and talking. There seemed to be a lot of activity. The units were a little older. The staff member who gave me the tour was very good, helpful, and took me all over the place. The dining area looks very good, but it's showing its age. It's not dilapidated, but things are just in a different and older style, and not as up-to-date.
