Enjoyable retirement living at our community starts with our chef-prepared meals served each day in our community dining room. Our first-class commercial kitchen provides residents with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from, enjoyed on each resident’s own schedule through our Freedom Dining program. Movies and live entertainers are found frequently in our 150-seat theater and seniors looking to exercise are welcome to use the equipment in our fitness room.
We offer accommodations in a range of shapes and sizes, starting with studio and one-bedroom floor plans and going all the way up to larger two- and three-bedroom apartments. Each unit is outfitted with a full kitchen, private bath, washer and dryer hook-up, an individually controlled thermostat and emergency response system. As a pet-friendly community, we welcome furry friends to Walnut Grove.

When needing to take care of some personal business, residents of our community have convenient access to on-site banking provided by Mutual of Omaha. The same convenience is also available for haircuts at our on-site salon and barber shop.
All residences are provided with weekly housekeeping services, and home maintenance checks are regularly performed. As needed, scheduled transportation services are also available for reaching appointments and going shopping.

I visited this facility
I lived about half a block away from Walnut Grove and loved it. However, it was far too expensive. Everybody was delightful, and their food was marvelous.

I visited this facility
I visited Walnut Grove, and it has everything my wife and I will need when we move. It looked like the right kind of place. The staff was excellent.
