Accommodations at Savannah Pines are available in both one- and two-bedroom layouts. Each apartment comes outfitted with a fully equipped kitchen, window coverings, luxurious baths and emergency response systems. Overnight guests are invited to enjoy the comfort of one of our guest suites. We are a pet-friendly community, so four-legged residents are welcome as well.
While enjoying their stay at our community, residents enjoy a number of convenient on-site amenities. Live performances and movies are held regularly in our 150-seat theater, and relaxing common areas are located throughout. Seniors looking to stay active can take part in one of our regularly held exercise programs and have access to our community fitness center. Outside, there are numerous fountains, flower gardens, ponds and parks for residents to enjoy.
Available Services
Each apartment receives weekly housekeeping services, and home maintenance is available as needed. We gladly provide scheduled transportation and residents who have their own car will enjoy our valet parking service. Our dedicated concierge is available to provide assistance with community-related questions, making reservations and a variety of other helpful services.
For ease of access, on-site banking services are available through City Bank, and pharmacy services through Stockwell Pharmacy and Gift. When looking to get away for a while, residents need look no further that the Via Van Bloom Travel Agency located right on campus.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My mother is at Savannah Pines. They have a 60-seat theater, a travel agent, a hairdresser, and a gift shop. The food is fabulous, and the management is excellent. The apartments are very nice. They don't have assisted living or a memory center, but I would absolutely recommend them.

I visited this facility
Savannah Pines was OK. It was not as nice as the other place, but the people were friendly and the food was OK. I don't think the rooms were as nice as well. They have good activities. They have exercise classes, a gymnasium, areas for people to gather, and a pool table. The staff was nice.
