I visited this facility
Havelock Manor was assisted living, but they have lots of people with memory issues. It's a small facility with 30 beds and it's well staffed. The rooms were easily accessed. The food was excellent. The location was very convenient. It had a community feel to it and it was very nice. They're licensed to take in and serve as a respite home and take in some hospice patients. It's got a nice mix and a nice variety. They're very flexible. You get individualized services and assistance. It's a little bit older, but I'd rather be in some place that's older where you get everything you need, rather than someplace new and fancy where you're ignored. It's not new, but it's newly remodeled, so it's in good condition, and they keep it nice.
