Autumn Pointe Assisted Living is a close knit community and provides family atmosphere for independent seniors. Our community is the extension of the home life our residents are used to. Here residents are helped to make their move and transition as comfortable as possible.

Autumn Pointe is located on a quiet country setting. Our picturesque surroundings encourage residents to get outdoors and take advantage of our walking path, or sit on the porch and enjoy the view with some fresh air.

Our environment is designed to provide relaxation and socialization. We have different common areas like our beauty and barbershop where residents can rejuvenate and relax, library with many reading materials, chapel for resident’s spiritual needs and a coffee shop.

We have different floor areas that residents can choose from. We have 48 apartments that are designed for seniors. It has its own kitchenette, private bathroom, spacious closets, wall to wall carpeting, pre wired cable, climate control and spacious closets.

Available Service

We offer a wide range of services that helps maintain a quality life to our residents. We have a registered nurse that helps other staff monitors and provide assessments to residents. Each residents has emergency medical alert system with personal call pendants. Our staff are onsite 24 hours a day to ensure residents have access to help at any time.

To keep residents busy and active we have daily planned activities and social functions. These activities are panned with the interests of residents in mind. We also have transportation services that could take residents to their appointments.
