This registered historic building now consists of 26 spacious, accessible two-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms and full kitchens including refrigerators, dishwashers and microwaves. The monthly rent covers basic utilities, and the on-site maintenance team can perform necessary repairs. Residents can pay rent online, and submit service requests via the community website's tenant portal.
Fairbury 23 Apartments offers convenient amenities for community living, while maintaining Fairbury High School's historic charm. Its original spacious halls and doorways are wheelchair accessible, and the elevator is serviced quarterly.
