From its inception, Brookestone Meadows was specifically designed to meet the needs of those seniors needing short-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services. At Brookestone Meadows, we have created a culture of rehabilitation and overall improvement of health. Patients are served by staff trained to meet the unique and specialized needs of short-term rehab patients. Our team is dedicated to encouraging and motivating our patients to excel in therapy and regain daily life skills.

State-of-the-art technology has been interlaced throughout the facility, providing team members from nursing to therapy the optimal environment to provide outstanding care and services. The professional team focuses their efforts from admission to discharge, with an emphasis on "Dignity in Life". Quality care is provided by a team of RNs, LPNs, CMAs and CNAs, as well as social workers, dieticians and therapists. All members of the Brookestone Meadows team feel committed to excellence. Brookestone Meadows has been awarded the American Health Care Association Bronze Award for Quality; voted "Best of Omaha" First Place for six years in a row for Rehabilitation Services and numerous other awards.
