Our Lady of Life Apartments, a 62+ community situated on a beautiful wooded campus, is an independent living apartment complex for seniors. Established in 1982, it is part of a continuum of care campus which includes Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.

For our 1 BEDROOM, the entrance fee is $95,900 for an apartment without a balcony and one with a balcony is $99,900.00

• We have 3 different plans on the amount of money that could be refunded to you & depending on the amount you choose, this will also determine your rent.
• 75% back of the entrance fee, rent is $1099.00 , plus the $430.00 second person fee if applicable.
• 50% back of the entrance fee, rent is $879.00 , plus the $430.00 second person fee if applicable.
• 25% back of the entrance fee, rent is $661.00 , plus the $430.00 second person fee if applicable.

For our 2 BEDROOM/1 BATHROOM, the entrance fee is $133,900 for an apartment without a balcony and one with a balcony is $143,900.00

For our 2 BEDROOM/2 BATHROOM, the entrance fee is $169,900 for an apartment without a balcony and one with a balcony is $180,900.00
