Here at Knollwood Place, we make sure to offer all of our residents a wide variety of amenities and services in order to ensure that every resident is satisfied at all times. We provide residents with a 153 facility that provides our residents with wonderful one and two bedroom rooms.

We provide residents with an on-site grocery store, an onsite deli, and onsite health care is also available. we make sure to offer a full calendar of activities, events, classes, regularly scheduled shopping trips, recreation, and doctors appointments. There are community rooms for residents and their private parties, activities, and gatherings. And for our residents who have their own transportation, there is heated underground parking for or residents comfortability!

Available Services

To ensure that our residents are always taken care of and comfortable we offer many services such as a complimentary breakfast buffet Monday through Friday, for our residents who want to look as good as they feel on the inside we offer a barber salon and a beauty salon. To make sure our residents are safe at all times we have a 24-hour emergency response system and a 24 hour on call maintenance team. For residents who do not have their own transportation, we do provide transportation services to doctors appointments, shopping, and recreational activities.
