I Am A Friend Or Relative Of A Current/Past Resident
My uncle lived at Kingsley for a little over 12 months, some of the staff was amazing others were not so nice. We had to move my uncle out due to the high cost of living at Kingsley, upon notifying Kingsley a month a head of time that he would be moved by the end of the month, we came to find out that they went ahead and charged him his full months August rent taken direct from his checking account, when they still had his $1500 deposit. My uncle lives on $1700 a month, how is he expected to pay his rent, when you took rent that is not yours, and you never told him you were going to do that. Shame on you and your team!
