I visited this facility
New Hope Valley was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and compassionate. They explained all their services very thoroughly. The activities that they had for memory care residents seemed appropriate. They had a therapy room and a room for residents to sit quietly. There was also a TV room. Everything was clean, new, and looked really great good, but it seemed like the residents weren't as active.
