Nestled in a quiet neighborhood midway between Toledo and Detroit, Brookdale Monroe II (formerly Clare Bridge of Monroe) is less than 15 minutes away from Sterling State Park and the shores of Lake Erie. Our unique community is specially focused on meeting the needs of Michigan seniors challenged by Alzheimer's and other types of dementia.

At Brookdale Monroe II, we offer residents a wide range of amenities. When the weather is nice, our outdoor courtyard and gardening area are fun and safe for residents to explore. We also have a beauty/barber shop on site for convenience.
Our large dining room provides a communal area for our residents to eat their meals. We provide three nutritious meals per day tailored to meet any special nutrition instructions. Eating assistance can be provided by our staff if necessary.
At Brookdale Monroe II, we offer high quality memory care from well-trained and carefully selected staff members. Our support staff are always on hand to handle any issues that may arise. We value all residents and believe the trust they have in us is well founded.
We offer bathing, hygiene and dressing assistance, and medication supervision and continence management are also available. Licensed nurses are on-call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to oversee the health and well-being of all our residents.
