Our senior community provides exceptional personalized assisted living care and services for seniors in a cozy community designed for comfort. Located in Lansing in the Delta Charter Township, right off Saginaw Highway and I-69, we're convenient to numerous restaurants, local services, and shopping. The single-story facility of Brookdale Delta I was designed to optimize navigation for those using wheel chairs and other assistive devices. Our furnished private and shared suites are bright and cheery, and they come with private bath, kitchenette and many safety features including step-in shower, wall-to-wall carpeting, and emergency response systems.
Integral to life at Brookdale Delta I are the programs and stimulating activities held throughout the week, which include morning coffee socials, walking groups, Bible study, education programs, game nights, music events, movies, and more. I visited this facility
Brookdale Delta was very nice and appeared to be very well run. I was impressed with the people. Everything was nice. The person who assisted me was excellent. The dining area looked nice. People were eating at the time we went through, and it looked good. It's expensive, but I think the people do a very nice job.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My husband moved into Brookdale Delta last month. I liked the place, and the staff, but I think they're understaffed. He doesn't get as much attention as I would like him to have, but they're working on it. There are things I need to keep reminding them to do. They have activities almost every day, like Bingo, chair exercises, and happy hour with wine and cheese. They have excursions.
