Welcome to City View in the Square City View in the Square sits in a beautiful park like setting with over five acres of beautifully landscaped lawn. The co-op has fourteen stories and has 238 one bedroom apartments. City View in the Square is like many of the CSI Support & Development co-ops having been awarded â€œA Community of Qualityâ€ certificate in April 2010 by the National Affordable Housing management Association.
City View in the Square does not allow smoking in any common areas, and within 25 feet of the building
Resident members have a choice of many activities from being voted into office to assist in the democratically controlled daily business of the co-op to just enjoying the leisurely slow daily living in their apartments. The co-op has a 14 passenger van for trips organized by members. In the evenings, group gatherings are set up and by a volunteer activities committee for meals, game nights, bingo nights, and any other suggestion provided by the resident members. City View in the Square now has two full time Service Coordinators to assist the members with problems and to help the members live a long and comfortable life at City View in the Square.
City View in the Square is located near downtown Kalamazoo. The co-op is walking distance to the farmers market, the Edison neighborhood library, and Bronson Hospital is less than two miles from the co-op.
The rental or lease of this property must comply with the City of Kalamazoo ordinance regulating the use of criminal background checks as part of the tenant screening process to provide individuals with criminal backgrounds a fair opportunity. Park Place Assisted Living facility is located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, near Interstate 94, with Portage Creek Bicentennial Park and Milham Park Golf Course and Restaurant within walking distance. Residents and visitors have mentioned their appreciation for the staff checking on residents hourly and coming to help whenever called. They also praised how new residents are allowed to decorate their rooms with personal items from home, such as pieces of furniture and mementos, to help them feel comfortable. The food was given high marks; especially the deserts.

Each residents are given with individualized life and care plan based on their interests, routine, medical history and the things they love to do. Our staff are available on-site 24 hours a day to make sure residents are supervised.

<h2>Custom Care Plan</h2>

From the moment you call, we begin considering the specific needs of your loved one. We ask questions during the initial call or meeting to form a basic needs assessment. After discussing your particular situation, we will prepare an initial Custom Care Plan and then work with you to fine tune that Care Plan based on your loved one&#39;s specific needs. Once the plan is agreed upon, your local Right at Home team matches the right caregiver to implement the plan.

<h2>Caregiver Training and Care Supervision</h2>

Every Right at Home caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including background checks. Once hired, caregivers are trained through Right at Home University to ensure that they&#39;re able to deliver the care set out in your loved one&#39;s Custom Care Plan.
