My parents are now in Lincoln Square. They're not providing care, it's an independent living, but everything seems to be going well and they seem to like it. They have just moved in a few days ago, but so far, everything has been great. They love their apartment. It's big enough for them. Everything is great. Everybody that I've talked to has been very nice. I don't think my parents have been dealing with a lot of people just because they have been staying in their rooms because they just moved in and so they're quarantining themselves. However, people are bringing in their meals and they seem very nice. They said that the food has been good, too. They have activities but my parents haven't taken part in anything. It's a really nice, beautiful place. The staff is wonderful. It's very clean.

I had a tour of all the different types of facilities at Lincoln Square. I saw a one-bedroom and a studio, which were basically mini-apartments; I thought they were fine. They offered me a voucher and said that if I wanted to try the food I could come back, or bring my brother. They told me about the activities that they offer. They go on trips once a month, they showed me where the residents read and watch TV, and they have group dining. The residents can basically come and go as they please, they can have overnight visitors, they can rent out an apartment there and stay over for a period of time. I was shown a calendar of different opportunities for the residents there. The staff member that I met was fine.

Lincoln Square was a very nice place. They were very accommodating. The rooms looked very pleasant and comfortable. I didn't see a lot of the residents that particular day. There were some that were playing cards. The lady that I was with was very helpful.

Lincoln Square was very friendly, clean, and seemed very pleasant. The apartment had a little kitchenette, a living room, dining room, and a bedroom. They had a calendar of events that was going on for the month and they explained some of the outings they have available.

My father is in Lincoln Square retirement community, but you can contract skilled nursing. His room is very nice, very bright, and open. The staff has been really helpful, the food has been fine, and it seems like a very nice facility. I think the dining room needs to be setup for people with limited mobility, and some facilities need updating. They seem to have quite a few activities, exercises, and parties.
