Court Street Village

Court Street Village is located just outside of Downtown Flint, Michigan, in the East Village neighborhood. Court Street Village is an independent living community for seniors over 55, with 255 units spread over three floors. It offers one and two-bedroom apartments, including wheelchair accessible units, all with air conditioning, fully-equipped kitchens, and spacious bedrooms. Monthly rent includes heat, water, parking and trash removal services, and each floor has its own laundry facilities for residents to use. On-site maintenance and management staff are on-call 24 hours a day.

The indoor communal areas in Court Street Village include a cafe and recreation room where residents can socialize with each other. A fitness center is available for seniors to keep active, and they are encouraged to take part in organized activities, such as Bingo and Wii Bowling.
