Description of Clio Village
Clio Village is a senior independent living community in Clio, MI. Here, seniors are close to attractions such as the Huckleberry Railroad and Longway Planetarium. Nearby shopping opportunities abound at Clio Square, State Street Plaza and other outlets. The apartments are close to Ascension St. Mary's Hospital Health Center at Birch Run and other health care providers.
Clio Village offers one-bedroom units to individuals aged 55 and older. The smoke-free rooms come with heating, kitchen appliances and on-site maintenance. The three-story building has ground floor units. The facility's staff are trained to handle single-person transfers.
This apartment community features amenities such as a community room, a craft room, a covered patio and a full schedule of stimulating and enriching social activities. Residents can participate in and watch performances in the state-of-the-art music theater on the premises. A walking trail is next to the Village. Dogs and cats are welcome here.
