Gardening club, Bible study, brainbusters and a walking group are just a few of the get-togethers hosted throughout the week. And with outings to the Calhoun County Fair and on-site parties, we create “It was a good day” every day.

The studio and one-bedroom apartments at Bickford of Battle Creek offer all the comforts of home, with a kitchenette, in-suite climate controls and senior-friendly features. We encourage residents to bring beloved pieces of home to make the apartment truly feel like theirs. Pets are also welcome to move in and join our family.

Available Services

Both the Bread Basket Dining room and Bickford Café are our residents' favorite places. Throughout the day, they may be found enjoying a delicious meal or playing a pickup game of checkers over a cup of coffee. All our meals are made from scratch with multiple entrée options available at lunch and dinner and a cooked to-order breakfast available every day.

Supporting our residents so they may sustain the highest level of individuality possible guides our care philosophy. For each resident, we create a personalized care plan that details the level of care and services needed. Our registered nurse also provides care coordination between a resident's physician, pharmacist or therapist as needed.
