Description of Fox Hill Village

Fox Hill Village opened in 1990 and was the result of a partnership between Mass General Hospital and the developer Cabot, Cabot and Forbes. Unique in its cooperative ownership structure, Fox Hill Village's reputation spread as one of the few real estate investment, continuing care retirement communities in New England. The program at Fox Hill Village was created by experts in the field of health care and retirement living. The underlying basis of our program is to maximize independence, enhance security and provide long-term stability for seniors.

The goal of Fox Hill Village is to offer homeowners a comprehensive approach to retirement living. Thoughtfully planned with the evolving needs of seniors in mind, the elegant buildings along with many acres and excellent food all work together to create a lovely daily atmosphere for our residents.

Housing: Our creatively designed independent living apartments are available in 16 different floor plans. You can choose among one- and two-bedroom apartments to penthouses with two bedrooms and a den.
