The Lodge at Marlton, located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland, offers upscale, affordable apartments for seniors ages 62 and better. This smoke-free senior apartment community features a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans each inclusive of a fully-equipped kitchen with generous cabinet space and a large pantry, a large bathroom with an elegant tile backsplash in the bathtub and customized plantation blinds. Space-saving washer and dryer rentals are available for added convenience or you may choose to use our onsite laundry room. Select floor plan styles offer walk-in closets. Small pets are also welcome at our community.
