That is why we have designed an attractive senior rental community where you can enjoy your lifestyle, without sacrificing quality or affordability.

If you need more living space and more amenities, then look no further than Hampshire Village. Each of our two bedroom apartment homes features a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, wall-to-wall carpeting, and large, energy-efficient thermopane windows. In addition, pets are welcome at Hampshire Village.

Our spacious apartment homes are only the beginning of what Hampshire Village has to offer. From weekly coffee socials in our café to lively pool tournaments in our billiards room, Hampshire Village is a community brimming with friendship, activity, and fun. You can join our resident exercise team for a brisk morning walk, attend a lunchtime meeting in our grand lounge, visit our onsite health suite for a checkup, and watch a film with friends in our movie theater, all in one day without ever leaving the community. Activities: Our residents enjoy a variety of activities, and we are currently tailoring these to be mindful of social distancing, and other COVID precautions. We encourage prospective residents to call for the most current programs being offered.
