Established in 1952, College Manor is located in Baltimore County. Once you enter you will feel the warmth and homelike atmosphere that our community brings. The facility is an 11 acres property surrounded by beautiful flower beds, walk paths and lush trees.
College Manor a family owned and operated assisted living facility serves the Baltimore area, including Towson, Lutherville - Timonium and surrounding areas in Maryland. Our services meet the needs of aging seniors requiring increased assistance with activities of daily living.
Featured Amenities
Our community offers studio, private single rooms and suites all equipped with bathroom cabinets and if needed a bed, bedside table and a lamp. We encourage residents to bring their beloved belongings to decorate and personalize their own room to create a more home like atmosphere.
Residents can enjoy our spacious gardens with walk paths surrounded with flowers and trees which brings happiness and relaxation. We have our own library that is filled with updated reading materials that will help residents widen their knowledge and allows residents for leisure reading.
Available Services
Restaurant quality meals are served fresh for our residents three times a day. We respect your independence and dignity but if help is needed for your personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing) our caring staff are always happy to assist you.
Here at College Manor we boast our in house EKG’s, Xray and laboratory for bloodworks that can be used by you own physician or one of the many physicians that comes here in our community. One of our priorities is to ensure that our residents are safe and secure and to dothat we have an emergency call system and 24 hour security.

I visited this facility
The tour at College Manor went well, and they were very nice. However, the place was old, the smell of urine was permeating the hall, and I didn't like it. They were doing some maintenance. The staff was informative. The room was a large bedroom with bathroom facilities, and you have to bring your own furniture.
