A community for seniors, governed by seniors, Maplewood Park Place is a unique, resident-owned cooperative retirement community. Our 207 independent living apartments are available for purchase, offering you the advantages of home ownership, such as tax deductions, real estate appreciation and even the right to bequeath your home as part of your estate.

Built in 1996, our Lifecare community provides full-service independent living with top-notch assisted living and skilled nursing made available exclusively to residents as needed. Although we are resident-owned, Maplewood Park Place has chosen Sunrise Senior Living to provide full-time property management services.
