At Hallmark House our goal is to offer an approach that provides our staff and families the tools to bring out the best of our residents. We use the Best Friends Approach which teaches caregivers how to have “knack,” a way of responding to our residents care in a way that preserves their dignity and, in turn, helps them feel safe, secure and valued.

Our aim is to create a community that could provide happiness to you and our residents. We offer private, studio and one bedroom apartments that is fully furnished but residents can still opt to use their own for personal touch and make it feel close to home as possible.

We have a family room that encourages social activities with other community members. We have a living room which have fireplace and creates a nostalgic vibe to our residents. Here you can read a book while a having coffee or simply chat with other residents.

Available Services

Residents daily care plan is customized to ensure they receive the appropriate regime designed based on individual capabilities. Our staff undergoes rigorous training and education to achieve better outcomes and rewarding experiences for our residents. They are available 24 hours a day and provides help in daily activities, medication supervision and grooming.

We have activities that helps bring out the best of each resident. There is never a dull moment and residents can freely chose the activity they want to join. We also provide housekeeping laundry and maintenance.
