Nestled in a quiet residential Davenport neighborhood is Country Manor, an ideal community for seniors who have Alzheimer's or dementia. As a community that solely provides personalized memory care, families can take comfort knowing their loved one will receive support from highly trained caregivers who understand the emotional and physical effects of Alzheimer's and dementia.

Our Activity Director provides numerous opportunities for entertainment and fun throughout the week. Whether joining a daily exercise class, taking a group trip to a local attraction, listening to a live musical performance or enjoying a group game, there is always something fun which our residents can partake in.
Accommodations at our community are available in studio floor plans with a private or companion option. Apartments come equipped with private baths, spacious closets, individually controlled thermostats and emergency call systems. Families are welcome to decorate the apartments with personal items to make the space feel like home.
Available Services
Delicious meals are prepared fresh three times daily and served family-style in our community dining room. Special dishes for individuals with specific dietary requirements are available as needed. Families are always welcome to join us for a meal. Our residents also look forward to the holiday-themed meals which further add to the community festivities.
For each resident we develop a care plan that details the level of care we will provide. Assistance with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming or bathing, are available along with medication management. The care plan is regularly reviewed to ensure that we can deliver the most appropriate level of care.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident
My grandfather moved into here. He is doing so much better, and they're really very specialized because he's in their memory care unit. He's eating better, he's sleeping, and the staff has been wonderful throughout COVID. The staff is very friendly, very competent, and very nurturing. It's very clean, they have a beautiful courtyard, and a screened-in porch so he can't accidentally leave. He said the food is really good. You know he's well cared for, and you don't have to worry about anything.

I visited this facility
It is fine; my mother-in-law is there for respite. She's doing fine, and we're satisfied. For what it is, it's satisfactory. The place is small but clean. The staff is very friendly and take good care of my mother-in-law. They have four or five tables in the dining room and a counter where they put the food and they get it there.
