Our residents design the lifestyle they desire, starting with their choice of a studio or one-bedroom apartment in both shared or private arrangements. For cooking convenience, a kitchenette and microwave are included in each apartment. And senior living doesn't mean our residents have to leave behind a beloved pet, as they are allowed after an assessment.

Each resident at Allen Place can stay active by participating in the Meaningful Pursuits activities that align with their interests. Whether the activities are held on site or off site, our residents can share the experience with other friendly and fun, like-minded seniors. Our restaurant-style dining, featuring nutritious meals created by a dietician, further the homelike feeling we strive to cultivate in our community.

Available Services

Senior living services provided by qualified and trained professionals is what we offer to our residents. Our community is designed with safety in mind, with safety grab bars in the shower, and doorways and hallways that can accommodate walkers and wheelchairs. On-site therapy is also provided.

Other services we provide include weekly housekeeping and laundry service. Utilities, except for cable and phone, are covered. And to add further ease of mind, transportation to activities and appointments is arranged by us. Family is welcome to visit, as we also provide guest accommodations.
