Welcome to Keystone Of Ames! Ames Ecumenical Housing, Inc., dba Keystone Apartments and Stonehaven Apartments is a non-profit organization that has been providing quality services for the Ames, IA community since 1984. Funded by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) our apartments are available for lower income older adults 62 years of age or older or for those with a mobility impairment that could benefit from the unique architectural features of the apartment.
Keystone and Stonehaven Apartments are conveniently located with easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, churches, and professional services. In addition to well-designed individual apartments, there are comfortable common areas, large meeting rooms for group gatherings, a craft room, libraries, on-site laundry facilities, and a beauty salon.
